SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- When will I receive my order?
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping during regular fulfillment days. Domestic shipping usually takes 7-15 days after processing.
Please Note: High-volume periods like holidays and launch days may extend processing times to 3-7 business days. Carrier delays, which are beyond our control, can also occur during seasonal times.
Important: B-Free is not responsible for delays due to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances in your area, or any of our shipping locations.

- What if there are βaddress issuesβ with my order?
If youβve entered an incorrect address or need to change it after placing an order, please email support@bfreeclothing.comΒ or WhatsApp us at +91-9818832977Β (Mon-Sat, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm IST) immediately.
If your request comes after the package has already been shipped, youβll need to wait until itβs delivered before any action can be taken. If the package is returned to us and youβve provided a new address in the meantime, we will resend it to the updated address.
Please note that if the package is successfully delivered to the incorrect address on file (and not received by you), B-Free will not be responsible, and no refund will be issued.

- What if my order is damaged during shipping?
B-Free Clothing is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing your claim.
