RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with B-Free. We're sorry your order didn’t work out. Please review our return and exchange policy below. To initiate return, kindly let us know on WhatsApp us at +91-9818832977 (Mon-Sat, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm IST) or email us at support@bfreeclothing.com. Our customer support team is here to assist you.

RETURNS (STORE CREDITS)

To return your item(s), they must have all tags and labels attached, be unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled, and fall within our 7-day return period. You can place a return request by:

  1. Initiating a Return on Our Website: by messaging us on whatsapp or emailing us. 
  2. WhatsApp: Send your return request to +91-9818832977.
  3. Email: Write to us at support@bfreeclothing.com with the following details:

Shipping Options:

  • Self-Ship: You can ship the item yourself to our warehouse. Please include your name and order number on the parcel. The shipping address is:

  • Pickup: Alternatively, we can arrange a pickup from your address. Please note, delivery charges of Rs. 150 will apply.

After we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including packaging and proof of purchase. Our Return Team will inspect the item, and if it meets our criteria, we will process your request within 2-3 working days. You can choose to exchange the item or receive store credit.

REFUNDS (STORE CREDIT)

Once we receive and inspect your item for damages, and if no issues are found, our CRM team will automatically process the amount as Store Credit in your B-Free account.

EXCHANGES

  • Each order is eligible for only one exchange.
  • If you return an item that you previously exchanged, you will receive store credit only.
  • If you requested an exchange for a top/dress that is out of stock, you will receive store credit for that item.
  • If you exchange an item for a different one of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. For exchanges to lower value items, the remaining amount will be added to your store credit.
